Carburizing/carbonitriding Batch Type (TKM)

We provide high-quality services at our domestic and overseas production bases, aiming for high strength and high durability to meet various material requirements. In addition, in order to meet the growing expectations for carbon neutrality, we have developed a next-generation vacuum carburizing furnace that minimizes CO2 emissions within the factory while maintaining quality and economy. Carburizing/carbonitriding Semi-Continuous Type (U-TKM)

The U-TKM series furnace is a slim and compact continuous furnace designed to save space and significantly improve productivity as compared to batch type atmosphere heat treatment furnaces. The furnace uses high-efficiency regeneration gas burners and a new heat-insulated structure to save energy and improve environmental performance. (Availability: DTA)
