customers a state of the art heat treatment environment, with fully
automated programmable caruburizing and nitriding furnaces, along
with a skilled and dedicated labor force. Treated parts are are
tested daily in our laboratory by engineers to ensure specified
hardness requirements and guarantee consistent results. DOWA is committed
to exceeding our customer's expectations regarding quality, cost
and delivery. Furthermore, our excellent transportation location
at the junction of I-75 and I-80/90 allows for quick deliveries
anywhere in the Midwest.

DOWA MINING Co., LTD's Thermo-Technology Center in Hamamatsu, Japan is one of the world's largest heat treatment R&D laboratories and continually keeps its worldwide facilities a step ahead of the competition. DOWA THT AMERICA has an experienced sales and service staff which offers support and service for a large number of automotive suppliers in North America operating DOWA heat treatment equipment. DOWA's commercial heat treating facilities receive continuous feedback from their customers. These quality requirements are then relayed back to the Furnace Manufacturing Division to aid in research and development activities.
